Accidental Death and Permanent Disablement	Lump sum payout up to RM25,000 for injury incurred on toll roads and car park area.
Medical Expenses	Reimburses the cost of medical expenses up to RM1,000, in the event of an accidental injury when using toll roads, car park area & public transports.
Transportation Allowance	Reimburses up to RM200 for transportation charges incurred due to an accident resulting in car being towed when using toll roads and car park area or due to bus accidents when using public transports.
Damage to Tyres	Reimburses up to RM300 for the cost of repairing or replacing car tyre(s) in the event of accidental damage on toll roads.

Mobility Protect is an insurance plan designed exclusively for Touch ‘n Go cardholders providing coverage when Touch ’n Go cards and RFID tags are used. Mobility Protect provides coverage when using toll roads, car park areas, and when using public transport such as MRT, LRT, BRT, monorails, DRT, and buses. Please note that ferry services are exempted from coverage.

Simply tap your Touch ‘n Go card at the entry and exit points of toll booths, parking facilities, MRT, LRT, BRT, monorail stations, and buses. Your insurance coverage is activated as soon as you “tap in” and ends the moment you “tap out”.

The premium is RM35.88* per year (for annual coverage).
Premium is subject to SST at 8%.

You will receive a notification once you have completed the registration and payment is successful. You will in addition receive an email within 48 hours of registration, with your ID and Password to access the subscriber dashboard, for details of your insurance coverage, policy, claim forms etc. Your insurance cover will start when you receive the email on registration and successful payment. You must refer to your Policy Schedule to know when your policy starts.

Mobility Protect is available to all Malaysians and foreign nationals who legally reside in Malaysia, and possess an active Touch ‘n Go card. You must be between age 18 years to 75 years (both inclusive). Age is calculated as at last birthday.

Yes, each trip activates your coverage automatically.

You will be notified two (2) months before expiry of your policy, with a reminder to renew your policy if you wish to retain the coverage.

Yes, you can. Please write to AXXESS Customer Service at enquiry@axxess.com.my. Your premium will be refunded on a pro-rated basis if no claim has been made.

Yes, you can link multiple Touch ‘n Go cards and RFID tag to one Mobility Protect and that card and RFID tag has to be registered with Touch ‘n Go.

At any one event, the insured person will only be eligible to purchase only one policy irrespective of the number of Touch ‘n Go cards held by the Insured Person.

If you lose your Touch ‘n Go card, report the loss immediately to Touch ‘n Go. Your coverage will be void until you receive a replacement. Additionally, please update us with the serial number of your new Touch ‘n Go card.

No, the card must be valid, to be eligible for Mobility Protect. You can refer to your card for the date of expiry.

No, the coverage cannot be transferred and is only available for the registered cardholder.

No, you can use it as many times as needed, with coverage activated for each time you “tap in” and ends the moment you “tap out”.

Mobility Protect is applicable for all Touch ‘n Go card and charm users, as well as RFID tag users. However RFID tag users must also have an active Touch ‘n Go card.

Mobility Protect provides customised insurance protection when using public transport and/or toll roads, as well as car park areas.

Twelve (12) months from the policy effective date.

Coverage activates each time you tap in and remains active until you tap out. For RFID users, coverage begins as soon as you pass through the toll gate and ends when you exit.

Coverage includes accidents and incidents that occur when Touch ‘n Go card is used in public transport and/or toll roads, as well as while parking at car park areas. For more details, please refer to the policy wording.

No, Mobility Protect is limited within Malaysia.

No, You must refer to your Policy Schedule to know when your policy starts. Coverage begins immediately when you tap in your Touch ‘n Go card within the period of insurance.

You may cancel your insurance by providing the insurance company a written notice. Your premium will be refunded on a pro-rated basis if no claim has been made.

No. The coverage will remain in force until expiry of the policy.
