If you lose your Touch ‘n Go card, report the loss immediately to Touch ‘n Go. Your coverage will be void until you receive a replacement. Additionally, please update us with the serial number of your new Touch ‘n Go card.

Mobility Protect is applicable for all Touch ‘n Go card and charm users, as well as RFID tag users. However RFID tag users must also have an active Touch ‘n Go card.

One (1) month or Twelve (12) months, depending on the policy coverage purchased.

Coverage activates each time you tap in and remains active until you tap out. For RFID users, coverage begins as soon as you pass through the toll gate and ends when you exit.

Coverage includes accidents and incidents that occur when Touch ‘n Go card is used in public transport and/or toll roads, as well as while parking at car park areas. For more details, please refer to the policy wording.

No, You must refer to your Policy Schedule to know when your policy starts. Coverage begins immediately when you tap in your Touch ‘n Go card within the period of insurance.

You may cancel your insurance by providing the insurance company a written notice. However, there shall be no refund for monthly policies but if you have purchased an annual policy, your premium will be refunded on a pro-rated basis if no claim has been made.
