Step 1 : Notify AIG Malaysia immediately after the incident.

Step 2 : Attach all relevant supporting documents.

  • Boarding pass and e-ticket for all claims
  • Original medical receipts and doctor's diagnosis if medical related
  • Letter from airline confirming the duration of flight change and reason of change

Step 3 : Submit your document within 90 days of the incident.
